Information in a typical listing should include a title, description, price, payment method, shipping cost, and a photo.
The cost of advertising your item is based on the listed price (Not Including Delivery Cost). Your advertisement will stay posted on the website until your item is sold, or you request us to remove it.

You may revise your advertisement at any time, for instance, if you decide to reduce the price, or add another photo. A $5 fee is charged to revise an Advertisement.
There are a couple of basic rules you need to observe:
  • Your item should be original, not pirated.
  • Your item should be from the originator of the effect, and not a rip-off version.
  • Your item should include all parts, especially instructions if appropriate.
  • You should describe your item honestly and accurately in terms of its condition.
  • Because these pages may be viewed by the public, you should not refer to methods in your copy, and the photographs should not include gimmicks.
  • You are to be responsible to your buyer. You should deliver the item promptly, and well packaged to prevent damage.
  • Your contract of sale exists solely between you and your buyer. ozMagic is not a party to the contract.
  • You indemnify ozMagic against any claim made against you.
Failure to comply with these rules may lead to your advertisement being removed and you may be blocked from future advertising.
